No Refund & Return Policy

All printing products are custom-made as per the customer's specifications, artwork, quantity, size, paper, colour and finishing requirements.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Important Points

• No cancellation, return or refund is applicable after order confirmation and payment.
• This policy applies to all printing products, including Visiting Cards, Business Cards, Letterheads, Bill Books, Flyers, Brochures, ID Cards, School Diaries, Hospital Files, Posters, Stickers and other customised printing items.
• Customers are responsible for checking and approving the artwork, spelling, contact details, size, quantity, colours and other specifications before confirming the order.
• Once the artwork/specifications are approved, printing will be carried out according to the approved requirements.
• Minor variations in colour may occur between the digital proof/screen and the final printed output due to differences between monitors, digital displays and printing processes.
• If a product is found to have a manufacturing/printing defect or is materially different from the approved specifications, please contact us promptly with photographs and order details. We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a suitable resolution.
