Quality Checking Before Dispatch
Customer Approval
All printing products are customized and manufactured specifically according to the customer's requirements, specifications, artwork, quantity, paper, size, finishing, and other approved details.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the order may be immediately processed for design, production, printing, cutting, binding, finishing, or other manufacturing activities. Therefore, the order cannot normally be cancelled, changed, put on hold, returned, or refunded after confirmation and payment.
Customers are requested to carefully verify and confirm all details before placing an order, including:
Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, requests for cancellation, modification, change of quantity, change of design, or change of specifications may not be accepted, particularly if production or processing has already started.
If any change is requested before production begins, we may consider the request depending on the stage of processing and any additional cost involved. Acceptance of such a request is not guaranteed.
All completed printing orders are subject to quality checking before dispatch. We make reasonable efforts to verify the printed material, quantity, finishing, and overall production quality before the order is dispatched.
Customers are therefore requested to provide complete and accurate requirements and approved artwork before production.
If any issue is identified during our quality checking process, we will review and address it before dispatch, wherever applicable.
Once the order has been checked and dispatched, returns, cancellations, or refunds are generally not applicable for customized printing products.
By confirming the order and making payment, the customer acknowledges that the order details and specifications have been checked and approved and agrees to the above No Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.
